Our Background
Every engineer at MadakLabs brings 6+ years of hands-on industry experience — shipping production software across enterprise clients, startups, and global markets. Not side projects. Not bootcamps. Real products with real stakes.
You're not hiring a fresh agency.
You're hiring engineers who've already been in the trenches.
Our Story
MadakLabs was started by Niranjan Madak, a senior software engineer with 6+ years of experience building enterprise software at Infosys — working across financial services, logistics, and retail for clients across 3 continents.
After years of seeing small businesses struggle with outdated processes and expensive enterprise tools that were never designed for them, the mission became clear: bring production-grade software to businesses that can't afford a full engineering team — but deserve one.
MadakLabs isn't an agency with a revolving door of junior developers. It's a lean studio where every line of code is written with the same care and architectural discipline you'd expect from a senior engineer inside a product company.
Our Mission
Solve real problems. Ship real products. Build long-term.
What We Stand For
These aren't framed posters — they're the principles behind every decision we make.
We take a limited number of projects at any time to give each one our full attention. No juggling 10 clients — your project gets our best thinking from day one.
The Team
Founder-led · Specialist collaborators
A lean studio where every project is led by a senior engineer, backed by a trusted network of specialist collaborators.
Weekly updates, clear timelines, and honest conversations when things need to change. No surprises, no hidden delays, no spin.
We measure success by your results — not by lines of code or hours billed. If it doesn't move your business forward, we don't build it.
