Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what personal information MadakLabs collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.
Last updated: May 21, 2026
This Privacy Policy applies to the MadakLabs website at madaklabs.com and any related services operated by MadakLabs, a software studio based in Lucknow, India. By using our website you agree to the practices described in this policy.
When you fill out the contact form on our website, we collect your name, email address, company name (optional), and the message you send. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry.
When you visit our website, we may collect standard server log data including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and pages visited. We use Vercel Analytics, a privacy-first analytics tool, which does not use cookies and does not track individuals across sites.
Our public website does not use tracking cookies. If you access the admin section of our site, a secure, HTTP-only session cookie is set to maintain your authenticated session. This cookie is deleted when you log out or close your browser.
Contact form submissions are emailed to us via Resend, our email delivery provider. We use this information exclusively to respond to your message and, with your consent, to follow up about potential projects.
Aggregated, anonymised analytics data helps us understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it. We do not build individual user profiles.
MadakLabs does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
We rely on a small number of third-party services to operate this website: Vercel (hosting and analytics), Supabase (database), and Resend (email delivery). Each provider processes data only as instructed by us and is bound by their own privacy policies and applicable data protection law.
Our website may contain links to external sites (GitHub, LinkedIn, client websites). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their policies independently.
All data transmitted to and from this website is encrypted using TLS. Contact form submissions are handled server-side; no form data is stored in our database — it is forwarded directly to our email inbox. Admin sessions use short-lived, cryptographically signed JWT tokens stored in HTTP-only cookies.
No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe a security issue exists, please contact us at contact@madaklabs.com.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you by emailing contact@madaklabs.com. We will respond within 30 days.
If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@madaklabs.com.
If you are located in India, you have rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), including the right to access information about your personal data we process, the right to correction and erasure, and the right to grievance redressal. Contact us at contact@madaklabs.com to exercise these rights.
Contact form inquiries are retained in our email inbox for as long as necessary to maintain a business correspondence record, typically no longer than 3 years. If a project engagement results from an inquiry, records related to that engagement are retained for the duration required by applicable accounting and tax law.
Our website and services are intended for adults (18 years and older). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us immediately at contact@madaklabs.com and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
If you have any questions, concerns, or requests relating to this Privacy Policy or the data we hold about you, please get in touch.
